The first phase of London Dock was completed in December 2016, which saw residents move into Clipper Wharf and the opening of a public space that will eventually cover six acres.
Marcus Blake, managing director of St George City, said: "Designed to reflect the heritage of the docks in both architecture and interior design, Emery Wharf combines new and old, capturing the history of the site and combining it with leading design from Patel Taylor."
The six acres of public space is currently being developed across London Dock, including landscaped promenades, water gardens and Gauging Square, a grand piazza animated by a choreographed water feature.
The Grade II-listed Pennington Street Warehouse – which once stored high-value goods imported to the docks – will now function as the commercial centre of the development.
